Great and really unique restaurant. The dishes there are awesome and really something different. Prices and service are okay. I can only recommend it!

As always, a great visit to the Harz Schnitzel King. Great portion, which of course I ate, an incredibly efficient and personable service and a dessert was also needed. Fantastic ? See you next time ??

Most of the visitors come here to eat because of the XXL portions. But we ate everything in normal portions and were very satisfied. Very good fresh salad, the grill plate was sufficient and the meat on point. Good beer and what caught the eye was the quick and well-organized process. From the greeting to the payment, friendly and quick. We'll be back ?

Great atmosphere even under Corona times. The tables were set wide apart and the rest was great too. Food was delicious. Seldom eaten such a good steak. The prices were reasonable for the portions.

Really highly recommended. Condition is super friendly, try to score points with a friendly conversation. The schnitzels are fried to the point. Portions are very sufficient for the price. Unfortunately, there was a small bone in my schnitzel. Definitely worth a visit. ???

Great food and really nice service despite Corona times, the restaurant was fully booked and we had to wait 1 hour because we hadn't made a reservation, but it wasn't a problem for us on vacation, so we took a walk through the town and enjoyed the peace and quiet Evening hours. Dear team, keep up the good work, and when we're back in the Harz Mountains, we'll definitely stop by again.

The schnitzel was delicious. And the smallest size with 250g is completely sufficient. The french fries are delicious too. But unfortunately we found the salad too dry. It's a shame, because the hardly tasting dressing was actually quite good too. Lots of space, rustic, beautiful ambience.

The Harzer Schnitzelkönig is simply super delicious. Not only quantity but also class! No matter which dish, everything is really delicious. Always worth the drive. We will be back.

All about great restaurant. Everything is right here. We hadn't made a reservation and were allowed to take a seat after 20 minutes. Super nice service, great food. All about perfectly organized shops. I can only recommend it.

We have already been to visit four times. As always, delicious food. This time the staff was not as overly friendly as usual, although it was not full and there was no stressful mood. Maybe it will be better next time. Otherwise, the ambience and the food are very recommendable.

Huge portions, good prices. Nice personel. You should make an appointment. Otherwise you have to expect a waiting time which you will be told quite precisely. Free parking is available for guests and dogs are also allowed. We will definitely be back. ??

The service is very friendly and my food was really good. We would have to wait a long time for our food, but the restaurant was also full. Despite the reservation, we had to wait quite a long time for our table - but the corona hygiene rules are properly implemented. You accept the waiting time. The ambience is very cozy. Our service staff was very courteous, knowledgeable and very funny. The menu awaits with imaginative-sounding names that mainly hide schnitzel dishes. As I am a vegetarian, I cannot comment on the quality of the meat dishes. My counterpart had fillet, which was well cooked and tasty, even if it came to the table in a very small amount. Vegetarians will also find a few dishes on the menu, with the focus, as the name Schnitzelkönig suggests, on meat dishes. My Caesarsalad was okay, but really not a culinary highlight.

A very nice restaurant. Everything is clean and tidy. The employees are nice, friendly and they put you in a good mood with their little jokes and jokes. We felt very comfortable there. The food was delicious and the prices for the quality justified. You do a great job and certainly a lot of people are happy.

Always top and worth the trip to the Harz Mountains. Schnitzel as good as filet in other shops. 500 grams of schnitzel with a lot of sauce. Very friendly as always and well organized. During Corona all tables were separated with glass, not overcrowded and everything was very clean. Dispensers with disinfectant everywhere. Voucher also very good to give away. But you have to make reservations yourself during the week, always fully booked but no wonder with the quality.

Super NICE SERVICE. Food was extremely tasty and everything came very well-timed even though the store was full. Value for money was great. You should reserve a table. You can get parking on the street but sometimes it can get tight. Outside you can currently Sitting under a roof in a tent-like room but is okay. Everything was consistent that evening, food was perfect and service was great. Come again highly recommended.

With great expectations and an empty stomach, we happily drove towards Goslar. Unfortunately, our high expectations, which we had due to the large number of Google reviews, were not met. A schnitzel 500g, a vegetable pan and a large salad were ordered. The schnitzel was served carelessly and divided into two parts. The fries were lukewarm and the sauce was watery. The vegetable pan was very oily. The salad was delicious. The staff were friendly and efficient. The location is good with parking spaces on the doorstep. It's worth stopping by, but we won't be back and can't understand the hype.

This is an awesome place! As advertised the prices are very fair, the portions are large and if you want even larger. Staff was pleasant, attent and fast!

Rumpsteak 600g super

This is our favourite Schnitzelrestaurant in Germany ♥️ We usually go on a hike following the "wandernadel" (booklet for stamps that you collect on the hike) and after a big hike in the area we warm up and eat big at the Schnitzelkoenig. The gated parking to the right of the restaurant is free when eating there. Sometimes we have a short wait to be seated (walk in seats in the warm winter garden, reservations seat in the wodden traditional restaurant). As you enter toilets are to the left and very clean. While you wait to be seated (standing bar tables to the right) you may already order drinks. My husband is Hindu so he does not eat pork / beef however the restaurants menue offers to substitute for chicken. You can choose your Schnitzel by meat and gramm (we took the 500 gramm Schnitzel in the picture) and can opt for lots of sides and sauces and extras. "Preiselbeeren" is often eaten with Schnitzel and although we couldnt find them on the menue I received them when asking for them. They also offer a very picturesque mixed meat plattern on a swort which is fun for families. We can highly recommend this place. Hope this helps. Kindest #ingavardhan @IngaVardhan

Delicious food cooked to perfection. Very impressed! Really nice surroundings, friendly attentive staff and reasonable prices. Make sure you book ahead, I couldn't believe the number of cars in the car park! We were a party of 8 and even though it was really busy, service was fast and accurate. I will definitely go again next chance I get, there's a lot on this menu I want to try! Thanks to the staff for a great night. ?
